Edging Marathon

A four-round solo edging progression. Each round gets harder. No release until round four. If you slip, restart the round you're on.

A starting point — swap any dare, push further, or use as-is.

What's in this progression

Round 1: Warm Up — Easy edges

  1. Slow tease for two minutes
  2. Edge once and stop completely for one minute
  3. Three slow rounds of tease, pause, three more — for two minutes
  4. One-handed only for ninety seconds
  5. Edge gently for ninety seconds
  6. Light teasing only for one minute — no pressure

Round 2: Push It — Holding back

  1. Edge for three minutes, no break
  2. Bring yourself to the brink and hold for fifteen seconds
  3. Edge with non-dominant hand for two minutes
  4. Stop completely for two minutes — hands off
  5. Edge for ninety seconds, ice for thirty
  6. Two-finger edge for two minutes

Round 3: Real Denial — Cruel teasing

  1. Edge to the brink five times in a row, no release
  2. Five minutes of edging, no rest
  3. Pause and apply firm pressure until the urge fades, then resume
  4. Stop for five minutes — completely off
  5. Edge for two minutes with the lightest touch you can manage
  6. Edge for ninety seconds, then watch something boring for two minutes

Round 4: The Finish — Earned release

  1. Edge once more, then release however you want
  2. Two-handed pace, finish whenever you decide
  3. One last slow edge — then full release
  4. Slow build over two minutes to release
  5. Whatever pace you want — release earned
  6. One last tease, then go
