Edging Marathon
A four-round solo edging progression. Each round gets harder. No release until round four. If you slip, restart the round you're on.

What's in this progression
Round 1: Warm Up — Easy edges
- Slow tease for two minutes
- Edge once and stop completely for one minute
- Three slow rounds of tease, pause, three more — for two minutes
- One-handed only for ninety seconds
- Edge gently for ninety seconds
- Light teasing only for one minute — no pressure
Round 2: Push It — Holding back
- Edge for three minutes, no break
- Bring yourself to the brink and hold for fifteen seconds
- Edge with non-dominant hand for two minutes
- Stop completely for two minutes — hands off
- Edge for ninety seconds, ice for thirty
- Two-finger edge for two minutes
Round 3: Real Denial — Cruel teasing
- Edge to the brink five times in a row, no release
- Five minutes of edging, no rest
- Pause and apply firm pressure until the urge fades, then resume
- Stop for five minutes — completely off
- Edge for two minutes with the lightest touch you can manage
- Edge for ninety seconds, then watch something boring for two minutes
Round 4: The Finish — Earned release
- Edge once more, then release however you want
- Two-handed pace, finish whenever you decide
- One last slow edge — then full release
- Slow build over two minutes to release
- Whatever pace you want — release earned
- One last tease, then go
